The NYC City Council Intro Bill #371-2010 is an outrage, which targets PRC’s (Pregnancy Resource Centers) with onerous, one-sided, unconstitutional speech regulations, and whopping, cruel and unusually harsh penalties. (ON JANUARY 28TH, 2011, A SIMILAR LAW IN BALTIMORE WAS STRUCK DOWN AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, BY A FEDERAL JUDGE, BECAUSE IT VIOLATED THE 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHTS OF THE LIFE CENTERS.
